Bronze 7400 HSA – Custom Drug Benefit

A custom drug list is accessible to members who are enrolled in the Bronze 7400 HSA plan. Drugs included on this list will be covered as if you already met your deductible, and will have a $0 copay. Plus, this plan allows you to save for your care with a health savings account (HSA). An HSA lets you put money away into a savings account that you can use for things like medical costs, vision and dental services, and prescriptions. The drugs listed may also be subject to prior authorizations and/or quantity limits. This drug list is subject to change, and is not inclusive of all drugs.
