Upgrading to 128-bit security

Most recent browser versions have this encryption built in, but if it's been more than a year since you upgraded your browser, you may need to do it now. Raising our required encryption to 128-bits means more security for you and helps assure that all conversations between your computer and highmark.com are truly private.

Plug-ins needed to browse this site

This site utilizes Adobe Flash (formerly Macromedia Flash) for some design elements, so the free Flash plug-in is recommended. If you don't have the free plug-in, click below to download and install it now. This site also features streaming audio and video.

Many documents are posted on this site as PDF files. These files will hold their formatting and design when downloaded and printed from your computer, but they require the use of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. If you don't have the free reader, click below to download and install it now.

 

Printing pages from this site

Pages on this site can be printed from your web browser by selecting "File" and then "Print" from the menu at the top of your screen.

Some pop-up windows, however, need to be printed using keyboard shortcuts. On a PC, select Control + P to print the active window. On a Mac, select Command + P to print the active window.

Screen resolution
This site is best viewed at 800x600 or greater screen resolution.

Using email links
Throughout this site, you will see email links embedded in copy. To send a message, simply click the link or copy and paste the email address in the "To:" field of your email program.

Alternatively, if your web browser isn't configured to support email, please change your settings by selecting "Tools," then "Internet Options," and then "Preferences" from the top menu. Navigate to your browser's Internet Programs area and select your email program under "Email." Select "OK."
