We create in-person, telephone, and virtual opportunities for social connection. Register with our program to learn more about how you, or your family member, can be connected to our trained neighborhood volunteers.
Due to limited volunteer availability, Blue Neighbors is not able to offer transportation to doctor visits. Visit highmark.findhelp.com, or call the number on the back of your member ID card to learn about your transportation benefit options.
Become a Volunteer
Anyone can become a volunteer to make our senior Highmark members feel more socially connected through friendly phone calls, visits, book clubs or virtual events. Make a difference in a someone’s life at your convenience and timing. We train online!
Monthly Virtual Events
In addition to the services provided to Highmark members, we offer these virtual events for anyone who is eligible for Medicare. We encourage you to call us to sign up by calling 1 (800) 988-0706 (TTY 711).
