¹The Highmark Dibs™ Program is a health and lifestyle engagement program offered by Highmark in collaboration with the Buffalo Bills^®. The Program is entirely voluntary and is available only to eligible Highmark members enrolled in selected self-funded employer group health plans and who reside within Highmark's Western New York service area.
To participate, members must download and register for the myHighmark app, provide and maintain a valid email address and mobile phone number, and accept all applicable Program terms and conditions. Participation may include opportunities to earn rewards, incentives, experiences, and other Program benefits from Highmark based on completion of eligible activities and Program requirements.
As a condition of participation, members authorize Highmark to securely share limited personal information, including name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, and member status with the Buffalo Bills^® solely for purposes of Program administration, member communications, promotional outreach, and marketing associated with the Highmark Dibs Program. No health information will be shared with the Buffalo Bills^® and no other information will be shared except as permitted by applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Rewards, incentives, experiences, and Program benefits are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and applicable Program rules. Highmark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion thereof, at any time. Participation in the Highmark Dibs Program is entirely voluntary and will not affect health plan eligibility, benefits, premiums, or coverage determinations.
