Highmark ranks second on insure.com's list of the best health insurance companies in the U.S. for 2024
PITTSBURGH (March 21, 2024) — Highmark has recently been ranked the number two health insurer in the nation on insure.com's list of the best health insurance companies in the U.S. for 2024. Insure.com gathered rate data and looked at health insurers’ financial stability, member satisfaction, customer experience, trustworthiness, and policy offerings among other factors.
Based on that data and other important insurance metrics, Insure.com rated the best health insurance companies of 2024 and gave each from one to five stars. The top health insurer is Kaiser Permanente with 4.2 (or, more precisely, 4.17) stars, followed closely behind by Highmark with 4.1 (or 4.13) and Horizon with 4.1 (or 4.12).
