Highmark Inc. announces vice president of sales for eastern Pennsylvania
Camp Hill, Pa. (June 10, 2024) — Highmark Inc. (Highmark) today announced that Jim Mackrell has joined the organization as regional vice president of sales for Eastern Pennsylvania.
In this role, Mackrell will be responsible for leading the Commercial business sales and retention teams, working closely with employers, brokers, and consultants, as well as other Highmark leaders, to grow enrollment across central and northeastern Pennsylvania.

Mackrell joins Highmark from CareFirst Administrators with almost 30 years of successful health and benefits sales experience and over 25 years of leadership experience. Prior to his role at CareFirst, Mackrell was a senior leader at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Aon Hewitt, and Aetna.
