(November 1, 2024) — Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield announced its Individual Market Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance products for 2025 in Western and Northeastern New York, offering individuals and families high-quality, low-cost and convenient health coverage options to help them be at their best.

2025 Individual and Family plans
New York ACA consumers have an all-new option in 2025: my Blue Access EX, which is a broad-network product that includes in-network coverage for all major providers in Western and Northeastern New York, plus in-network access to 97 percent of hospitals and over 2 million providers nationwide through the BlueCard® program. my Blue Access EX will be offered in all eight counties of Western New York and all 13 counties of Northeastern New York.
