Get digital access to your plan with My Highmark
With My Highmark, you can manage your costs, search for care, get personalized program recommendations, and more. Here’s how to register:
- Download the My Highmark app or visit MyHighmark.com.
- You'll need to use your member ID or Social Security number to set up an account.
- Make sure you have access to your mobile phone or email so you can complete the process to authenticate and log in.
Once you’re registered on My Highmark, you can:
- Access your virtual ID card anytime, right from the home screen.
- Select Benefits to review your benefit details.
- Select Get Care to search providers and check out your health and wellness solutions.
- Select Journey to find health programs and advice.

A key step to staying healthy is having a primary care provider (PCP) you see regularly. To find a doctor in My Highmark, click the link below. Once you're logged in, select Get Care, then go to Provider Search.
How staying in network can help you save
When you see an in-network provider, you’re covered by your health insurance. And depending on your plan, the care you receive may not cost you anything other than a copay or coinsurance.
Out-of-network doctors and hospitals generally charge more than your plan allows for the same services. So you’ll pay more out-of-pocket to see one out of network.
