Town of Tonawanda, Fitness on the Lawn: All Levels Flow Yoga

All levels flow class is designed to accommodate everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. This flowing sequence of asanas (postures) coordinated with the breath will progressively build heat, strength, and stamina. We finish with cooling postures and savasana, offering modifications and variations to support all students on their yoga journey.
