Join The Hot Yoga Spot for Pilates Fusion, which incorporates the principles of Pilates, Barre and Bootcamp exercises for a fun and challenging workout. Tone the whole body and get your heart rate up while working your core, arms, legs and glutes. Classes are free and open to all fitness levels!
