Fitness at Canalside: Sow Fit

Build core strength and tone the entire body. Burning approximately 400-600 calories per hour. Providing a cardiovascular workout with low impact. Increasing energy, reduces stress, and elevates mood. Developing balance and coordination as well as increase flexibility and build posture. All this while having a blast! This class is adapted -anyone of any ability is welcome!
