Highmark Delaware earns Cultural Excellence Awards from Energage
- Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware has achieved recognition in all five cultural excellence categories tracked by Energage, the organization behind Top Workplaces
Wilmington, Del. (April 26, 2023) — Highmark Delaware entities Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware and Highmark Health Options have received five Cultural Excellence Awards, determined solely by employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. This survey is administered by research organization Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
The five award categories include Compensation & Benefits, Innovation, Leadership, Purpose & Values, and Work-Life Flexibility.
