Classes are free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience! Participants should bring their own exercise mats and towels.
PHIIT2 is an interval training workout designed to meet participants at their current fitness level and help them elevate to the next level. PHIIT2 is for all fitness levels. The 60-minute workout focuses on full-body movement and includes a warm-up, cool-down, and a lot of fun.
