Recognizing our employees for their volunteer efforts

Recognizing our employees for their volunteer service is an important component of our commitment. Employees who volunteer with local nonprofit organizations often know best about the needs of those institutions. Our Recognition Award for Volunteer Engagement (RAVE) is designed to reinforce the company's appreciation for those employees who dedicate their time and talents to volunteer.

United Way Campaign

Highmark employees care about the communities in which they live, and their contributions to local United Way agencies reflect this. Employees support the United Way agencies not only by donating, but also through volunteerism and community engagement, which supports local nonprofits.
