Individual & Family Plans
Individual Blue Edge Dental, Blue Edge Balance plans or dental benefits included with your Highmark medical plans use either the Advantage or the Advantage Plus dental network.
Employer Sponsored Plans
The dental network you'll use to find a dentist depends on your company's size.
Small Group (1-50 employees)
Blue Edge Dental plans or dental benefits included with your Highmark medical plans use either the Advantage or Advantage Plus networks.
Large Group (51+ employees)
Large group and Blue Edge Dental plans use either the Advantage, Advantage Plus, Elite Plus, or the Alliance networks.
Medicare Advantage Plans
For Medicare Advantage plans, please search the National Medicare Advantage Dental directory.
You will be leaving the Highmark website and entering the United Concordia website to view the provider directory. United Concordia provides the provider network for Blue Edge Dental and is a separate company that administers dental benefits.
