Get your cost-free language card 

You deserve good health care that comes with good communication. Translation and interpreter services are always at no charge when you call Member Services. And now you can get a cost-free language card. 

Using your card 

When you need translation help, you can show your card in several places, including:  

  • Your doctor’s office 
  • Your pharmacy 
  • Any place you get services

You’ll show the card to the person you are speaking with. The person can follow the instructions on the card to get an interpreter.  

Ways to get your card 

To get your language card, you’ll find the card below that is in your language and in English. Then, you’ll choose one of these three ways to get the card. You can: 

  • Download and print the card. If you don’t have a printer, ask for help at your local library. 
  • Take a screenshot or save the card on your phone to use when needed. 
  • Call Member Services at 1-833-957-0020 (TTY: 711) to have a printed card sent to you by U.S. Mail. 

The printed card will fit in your wallet or pocket so you can carry it with you.
