Asking for help with treating an addiction is a big step.

Resources are available for quitting smoking, vaping, drug use and more. 

Getting treatment or help 

Addiction is a long-term brain disorder. Some experts call it a severe “substance use disorder.” By either name, it’s a health problem that millions of people in the U.S. have. If you’d like to quit smoking or worry about using opioids, treatment can help. And, if you’re not ready for it yet, reaching out for help is a brave choice.
