Libraries in New Castle County will host children's winter coat giveaways on Sat., December 9 at 1 p.m. at the following locations: Bear Library, Elsmere Library, Newark Free Library, and Woodlawn Library.
Children's coat sizes will vary at each location. Coats are available while supplies last. If you have questions, call each library for more information.
