Highmark Health's FEP Contact Center earns Customer Service Excellence Awards

PITTSBURGH (March 27, 2023) — The Highmark Health Federal Employee Program (FEP) has been recognized by SQM’s 2022 Call Center Industry Awards of Excellence as a Best Performing Small- to Mid-Sized Call Center Award Finalist and with the Call Center World Class FCR Certification, the Highest Employee Experience Award for the Health Care Industry and the World Class Employee Experience Award.

SQM benchmarked over 500 leading North American call centers for the period of Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2022 to determine awardees.
