Social media can help you stay connected, but it can also be overwhelming. Here are some tips to improve your social media experience:

Don't compare your life to what you see online. People only post what they want you to see. Remember, life is full of ups and downs.
Use tools to manage your social media feeds. Turn off news alerts. Unfollow or hide pages that cause you stress.
Follow the "feel good" stuff.
Take a break from technology. Spend time on things you enjoy, like reading, walking your dog, or visiting with friends.
