Join us, Bloom & Bliss, for an hour-long Flow Yoga Class. A practice filled with breath work, intentional movement and meditation. ALL bodies are welcome to join this dynamic practice. We will work together to link your breath to your movement and tap into your intuition. All movements are adaptable to your unique body's needs. We encourage props (blocks, straps, bolsters, etc.). Please remember to bring your yoga mat, water bottle and any props you may need.
