Primary Care Doctor 

Visit during regular office hours for:

  • Checkups, ongoing care, and medicine refills
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • Minor burns and rashes
  • Flu shots and other vaccines
  • Shortness of breath
  • Back pain
  • Sprains, strains
  • Cold and flu-like symptoms
  • Headaches, migraines
  • Sore throat
  • STI, urinary tract infection

Urgent Care

Visit outside your doctor’s office hours for:

  • Most conditions listed for primary care
  • Broken bone with no broken skin
  • Cuts needing stitches
  • Allergic reaction

Online doctor visits

Use 24/7 online doctor visits for:

  • Most conditions listed for primary care
  • Appointments for therapy and psychiatry

Ask your doctor or therapist if an online doctor visit is available through their office.

Emergency Room or 911

Get care right away for:

  • Head injury or unconscious
  • Broken bone out of place
  • Chest pain
  • Flu shots and other vaccines
  • Overdose or poisoning
  • Difficulty speaking
  • Weakness on one side (face or limbs)
  • Shortness of breath
  • Eye injury 

Remember, referrals aren’t needed for emergency medical care.
