2024 Transportation Benefits
Diamond members will receive 100 one-way trips per year for BOTH medical and non-emergency medical trips, within a 60 mile radius with the ability to travel further upon approval.
2023 Transportation Benefits
Diamond members will receive 100 one-way trips per year for non-emergency medical trips. In addition, Diamond members can choose to use 24 of these 100 trips for non-health related services such as going to the grocery store.
2024 Transportation Benefits
Ruby members will receive 30 trips per year for non-emergency medical trips, , within a 60 mile radius with the ability to travel further upon approval.

Health benefits or health benefit administration may be provided by or through Highmark Wholecare, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (“Highmark Wholecare”). Highmark Wholecare offers HMO plans with a Medicare Contract. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal.
