At Highmark Wholecare we want to provide as many options as possible to make meeting with your doctor possible. This is why we are happy to provide our members with transportation services, making getting to your doctor easier than ever.
Diamond members will receive 100 one-way trips per year for non-emergency medical trips. In addition, Diamond members can choose to use 24 of these 100 trips for non-health related services such as going to the grocery store.
Ruby members will receive 30 trips per year for non-emergency medical trips

Health benefits or health benefit administration may be provided by or through Highmark Wholecare, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (“Highmark Wholecare”). Highmark Wholecare offers HMO plans with a Medicare Contract. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal.
