You Deserve a Reward

Goodness Rewards is one of your Highmark Wholecare benefits. You or your child can earn rewards when you complete certain healthy activities.

Take care of your health

We’ll tell you what healthy activities you qualify for based on your age, gender, and health conditions. You can earn $10 to $50 for each healthy activity. You’ll get a Goodness Rewards card in the mail to use like a credit card at most retail stores and pharmacies.

Get answers to your questions

The more activities you complete, the more you earn! Each time you complete an eligible healthy activity, we’ll add a dollar amount to your Goodness Rewards card after the claim is processed. 

  • Use your card like a credit card to make purchases at most retail stores – no PIN needed. Look for the OTC Network logo at checkout. For a complete list of OTC Network participating pharmacies or stores, visit My Benefits Center.
  • To start using your card, call 1-888-682-2400 (TTY: 711), 24/7 and provide your card number and date of birth. For example, if your birthday is January 1, 1960, enter 01011960.

You can check your balance, review card transactions, and find retail stores in your area through My Benefits Center or by calling 1-888-682-2400 (TTY: 711).

  • This card can’t be used to gamble or buy tobacco, alcohol, or firearms.
  • This card can’t be used to withdraw cash at an ATM or obtain a cash advance from a bank or financial institution.
  • This card can’t be redeemed for cash unless required by the state.
