You should receive your Highmark Wholecare member ID card in the mail within two weeks of applying. You’ll use it at the doctor’s office, urgent care, in the emergency room and more. If more than two weeks have passed since you enrolled and you haven’t received your card, give us a call at 1-800-392-1147 TTY 711.
