Adult Glasses and Contact Coverage
A $100 credit each calendar year helps pay for glasses and contacts. This credit can be used for standard frames, lenses and contacts.

Child Glasses and Contact Coverage
Glasses and contacts are covered for members under 21 years old. Replacements are covered if lost, broken, stolen or prescription changes.

Non-Standard Glasses and Contacts
Members under the age of 21 are given a $20 allowance for non-standard frames and lenses. You will be required to pay for any amount over $20.00.
