You can buy Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield plans through an online marketplace, also known as the federal or state Exchange. If you’re eligible for financial help, these plans can lower your monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs.

Plans directly from Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
You can also buy health insurance plans directly from Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. These plans don’t offer financial help, but you’ll find additional plan options here.
Open Enrollment runs from November 16 through January 31. For coverage that starts on January 1, enroll by December 15.
