Attention Dial-Up Trading Partners

Highmark previously announced it will not support dial-up connectivity effective January 1, 2013. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide better technical solutions for our customers and to support more timely and efficient electronic transactions Highmark is upgrading its current communications platform.

If you are still using dial-up connectivity to submit your transactions to Highmark, you need to take action and begin the process of converting to eDelivery, Highmark’s secure FTP solution.

Trading Partners that are ready to convert to FTP can request a new, FTP Trading Partner number by clicking here.

You can determine if you are impacted by this change by the format of your Highmark login id. If it begins with an ‘S’ you are a dialup user and you are impacted. If your login begins with a ‘V’ you are utilizing our internet-based FTP solution and you will not be impacted by this change.
