The Highmark Gateway, managed and maintained by Highmark, Inc. (Highmark), an independent company, provides EDI capabilities for Highmark West Virginia.

Profile Maintenance Tools

• Delete a Trading Partner - This form allows you to delete an existing trading partner.
• ERA Enrollment Form - This form allows you to enroll providers for ERA.
• Provider Changes - This form allows you to add or remove providers or update existing providers for Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
• Update Claims Transactions - This form allows you to add new transactions to your current trading partner.
• Update Contact/Address Information - This form allows you to update your existing contact information or email address for an existing trading partner.
• Update Software Vendor - This form allows you to update or change your existing software vendor information.
