Daryl Veach

Daryl Veach, FSA, MAAA, is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Highmark Health plans.
He is a highly experienced health insurance executive with a track record for attracting and developing talent, sharing that talent and building high performing teams. He has a diverse and deep background across the entire value chain of healthcare, including employer and provider consulting, network contracting and analysis, all aspects of actuarial pricing, underwriting and plan design, as well as the financial forecasting, planning and monitoring of the results. Deep experience with Government, Retail and Group lines of business.
Prior to joining Highmark, he served as Divisional Senior Vice President, FP&A, for Health Care Service Corporation, and Divisional Senior Vice President for Provider Risk Solutions, and Vice President of Delivery System Analytics for of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.
Daryl holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University.
